Open studio sessions are time for you to work on your clay projects at your own pace. It is not a formal class, but rather independent practice time to make your ceramics. Casey Smith is there to answer questions and help overcome any project challenges. Firing fees and 8 pounds of clay are included in the price. Glaze is not included. You can purchase glaze at Evans ceramics supply or online.

Open Studio Friday
This class pairs art making with art history. Students will make a clay project and learn about a famous artist. The clay project will be fired and ready for pick up one to three weeks after class (drying /firing/glaze/firing takes time) . Parents will be contacted when art is ready for pick up. Ages 6+. The parents of kids under 6 must stay for class. Clay and firing fees are included. One color glaze wash included.

Kids Pottery Wheel $35
Unleash your child's creativity in our hands-on Kids Pottery Wheel class! Students will learn the basics of centering, pulling, and shaping clay on the wheel. Each participant will create their own unique ceramic pieces. All materials and firing are included in the price. Class size is limited to ensure personalized instruction. Ages 6+ (kids under 6 can take the class with a parent helper )
